3. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the associated fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Cancellations are handled in Stripe's Customer Portal.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service;
- Misuse Google or Microsoft login services.
5. AI-Generated Content
akakAI uses OpenAI large language models (LLMs) to generate draft responses. These drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on akakAI (excluding user data and drafts) is owned by us. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms or at our discretion with notice.
